CLUB ASSEMBLY

A Club Assembly is a business meeting at which projects and problems of the Club are brought before the membership.
An Assembly may be held at the time of the regular meeting, or called for a special date.

Starting in the 2001/02 club year, the decision was made to hold a Club Assembly in the form of an open meeting once every month (on our regular meeting day) in order that members would have the opportunity to be kept up-to-date on the club’s activities.
